The technical staff at Clinical Engineering Consultants has over 200 years combined in the medical equipment service industry. The company has continued positive growth over the past several years by building strong relationships with other organizations and individuals.
CEC takes pride in the qualifications of the technical and management team. Mentoring and coaching are integral parts of CEC's corporate culture. Each team member’s employment is contingent on completion of our rigorous training program. Our on staff technicians complete an extensive hiring and training period during the first six months. An in-depth co-op model is also used to train technical recruits. All team members at CEC participate in the financial budgeting process to help them fully understand the corporate operations. Accountability is heavily measured during the annual performance evaluation of all associates.
